Get ready for the 26-27 sports season by preparing your scholar's athletic paperwork now! 🏐🏈🏀
All scholars interested in participating in a sport this year MUST submit:
1️⃣ An up-to-date sports physical from a licensed physician (school vaccination records DO NOT satisfy this requirement)
2️⃣ Proof of school insurance ($7, can be purchased here: https://www.pcsb.org/learning/athletics-and-extracurricular-activities/pinellas-county-athletics/student-accident-insurance)
Once a scholar has submitted these documents, they're covered for the ENTIRE school year.
Failure to provide these documents will disqualify scholars from participation.
Athletic paperwork should be given to or emailed to our Athletic Director, Coach Headley, at [email protected]. Our office staff will not be collecting paperwork, so if you choose to submit the physical documents, please prepare to send them to school with your scholar once the school year begins.
