I came across Myron Golden last year on IG, because he’s built an incredible business helping others financially succeed using biblical principles—which absolutely aligns with my values and the work I do.
That said, I finally enrolled in his 5-day challenge that starts Monday, after hearing him offer a 100% money-back guarantee (as long as you show up 100%), which after 20+ years of doing programs I have never seen another coach do
So, for those of you who are entrepreneurs, coaches, or business owners who value biblical principles and want to grow your business, I really hope you’ll join me. He’s excellent—and I say that after a career in branding and marketing.
AND, full transparency: I signed up for his affiliate program, so the link below is an affiliate link, which means if you decide to register, I do receive a commission.
Please text or email me if you enroll and we’ll do this together. I’d love to know who’s in. 🤩

What does IDENTITY have to do with the Pringles Guy?
When I worked at LPK, I was on the 8th floor and Tina was on the 4th.
Our paths didn’t cross often, but everyone knew who she was.
She ran the Pringles business—one of the biggest accounts in the agency—with a level of confidence, strategy, and presence you couldn’t miss.
Fourteen years passed before I saw her again.
She attended my Vision 2020 event, and I remember how honored I felt to see her walk into the room.
Fast-forward to this year.
After publishing IDENTITY 2026 on my website, I invited leaders to submit a short form. When Tina’s submission came through, it wasn’t just her name that caught my attention—it was her answer to one question:
Why do you want to be part of this year’s event?
“This opportunity provides the chance to do for myself what I’ve spent my career doing for global brands: uncover clarity, define a voice, and create a platform for growth…
At the same time, raising a neurodivergent child with support needs has taught me that identity isn’t just about ambition—it’s about resilience, love, and remembering who you are when life asks everything of you…”
I read her words twice.
And in that moment, I recognized Tina’s bravery.
That’s why I want to introduce you to Tina Kunkel today.
She was the first leader who enrolled after I shared my vision for this event with a room of women interested in participating.
And I was honored all over again.
IDENTITY 2026 isn’t just an event for women like Tina.
It’s an invitation,
to slow down for two days,
to take the time needed,
and to listen to a deeper part of yourself
that already has the answers.
If this resonates, feel free to DM me the word IDENTITY.

This is what it looks like behind the scenes.
Empty chairs. Quiet rooms. So much preparation before anyone ever arrives.
This was St. Petersburg two years ago—getting ready for 50 women I had never met.
And still… they showed up.
Not because of me.
But because something in them recognized the value of time and space devoted to seeing who they already are.
When a woman is given the room to pause,
to step out of roles, expectations, and noise,
she realizes it’s not about working harder.
It’s about valuing who she already is.
Those workshops shaped everything that became IDENTITY 2026.
From Cincinnati to Florida and back again, one truth has never changed:
A woman who knows who she is stops second-guessing herself—and moves forward with intention.

Your boss may not be who you think they are…
I still remember how long I wrestled with leaving LPK—a privately owned brand agency on the rise.
Ten years in, doing work I was proud of—surrounded by incredible people—yet something in me knew there was more. They saw parts of me, but not all of me. And the cost of staying in a mold I’d outgrown became too high.
Ironically, the woman I handed my resignation letter to—my boss at the time—is the leader I’m featuring today for IDENTITY 2026.
As a Director, Chris Thalgott was sharp, brilliant, exacting. She didn’t miss a beat.
But beneath the titles was a passion I didn’t know about then—one she’d tucked away under years of responsibility:
Painting.
Like so many of us, she built the career, carried the load, met the expectations.
But eventually, the quiet desire she’d set aside became impossible to ignore.
It took courage and honesty to return to the thing she loved since she was a girl:
Making art.
Today, Chris is finally giving space to the identity she once tucked away.
She’s painting again—boldly, joyfully, beautifully.
And she’s bringing that creative fire into IDENTITY 2026 as part of our leadership team.
Because here’s the truth:
Identity isn’t about titles or what looks “successful” on paper.
It’s about remembering what you were made for—and giving yourself permission to live from that place.
Chris is doing that.
And on January 24–25, she’ll help other women do it too.
Each week, I’ll be sharing the stories behind the women bringing IDENTITY 2026 to life.
If you're curious, drop “IDENTITY” and I’ll share more details.

How do you focus the lens when you’re the one in the shot?
Branding yourself can feel next to impossible—even for experts.
Meet Sheila Lewis—my partner for IDENTITY 2026—who spent 25 years building world-class brands.
She shaped strategies, led creative, and told stories that moved markets.
But when it came time to launch her own design business, she hit the same wall so many women do:
“How do I reach the clients I’m uniquely designed to impact?”
Because when you’re both the subject and the storyteller,
it’s like trying to read the label from inside the bottle.
Even the best can’t see their own genius clearly.
That’s when we began working together.
Women everywhere are rising —
launching businesses, leaving systems that never fit, and creating work that finally reflects who they are.
But here’s the truth:
To break through the noise —
to stand for what’s yours —
you need far more than a logo or tagline.
You need to pause long enough to ask:
What do I really want?
Why does it matter?
What sets me apart?
Most of us never slow down long enough to answer.
Not because we aren’t capable — but because this work is vulnerable, uncomfortable, and revealing.
But here’s the good news:
You already know.
It’s there—quiet, steady—waiting for you to trust it.
The acorn before the oak.
This is where real transformation begins.
And the data proves the power of this level of clarity.
A 14-year McKinsey & Company study found that the world’s strongest brands outperformed the market by 73–74% — in booms and downturns.
Not because of better marketing —
but because of deeper meaning.
Under every great brand wasn’t a logo or a tagline—
but an identity waiting to come to life.
That’s why we’re hosting IDENTITY 2026 — so you can:
• Get clear
• Claim your power
• Move with purpose
Whether you’re launching a business, advancing your career, or entering a new season, the women who articulate their unique value don’t just participate in the market.
They lead it.
This isn’t marketing.
This isn’t performance.
This is identity — your most valuable asset.
If you’re curious about IDENTITY 2026, feel free to reach out anytime.
I also added a few more details in the comments below.
And Sheila — thank you for everything you’ve done (and are doing) to help make this an incredible event. 🙌 💗
