The Now Your Life Mission Statement Coaching Special Session continues in 2024!

Would you happen to know what your mission statement is?

Whether you're a painter, musician, actor, screenwriter, novelist, filmmaker, or clay maker, knowing your artistic value is essential.

Years ago, I returned to the arts with fierce energy and was on an absolute mission. However, when someone asked what my mission statement was, I realized that merely saying "to be an artist" wasn't strong enough and that it was essential to develop a unique mission statement.

After a few leisurely walks, journal entries, and even coaching myself, I came up with the following statement: "In my artistic life, I am committed to focus, hard work, and creativity, and I choose to have that show up through my commitment to being imaginative, empathetic, and passionate and demonstrating through curiosity, collaboration, and full self-expression."

Eventually, I created an electronic actor press kit that includes this statement as the opening to my updated bio, which grabbed the attention of a Los Angeles/Atlanta talent agency with a unique business philosophy regarding "a strong foundation of passion, empathy, and camaraderie that is not only a safe haven for it's select, diverse talent roster but also a source of unlimited possibilities for its clients who represent the very best working professionals in the industry." I am grateful to now be a client of this agency because their philosophy aligns perfectly with my mission.

With my coaching practice—Now Your Life, I developed a Mission Statement Coaching Special for artists to discover their valuable purpose and what they can bring to the world with that.
