☀️SUMMER WORKSHOP☀️
July 24th Nicole Sabella will be hosting a donation based modern contemporary masterclass and wellness workshop.
Nicole Sabella is a multi-passionate dance professional with a dynamic career as a veteran performer, wellness and mindset coach, dance educator, and workshop speaker.
A Florida native, Nicole began her training at Academy of Ballet Arts and the Pinellas County Center for the Arts at Gibbs High School both under Suzanne B. Pomerantzeff. She later earned a BFA in Modern Dance Performance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
From 2013 to 2024, Nicole was a core member of the Mark Morris Dance Group, originating roles in 13 world premieres and performing in over 35 repertoire works by the celebrated choreographer. Beyond performing, she contributed to MMDG’s education and outreach programs, teaching early childhood dance, mentoring the teen student company, leading masterclasses worldwide, staging repertoire, and facilitating wellness workshops across departments.
Additionally, Nicole is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Level 2 EFT Tapping Practitioner. In 2020, she founded The Nourished Dancer, a coaching platform created to support aspiring dancers, dance educators, and dance parents in cultivating confident, nourished dancers. Through this work, Nicole helps build a more sustainable, supportive dance ecosystem, one that honors the whole dancer, thus expanding what’s possible for the future of dance.
Nicole has been on faculty at New York City Ballet Outreach Education and The School at Mark Morris Dance Group, and has led wellness workshops at respected institutions such as Joffrey Ballet School, Princeton University Ballet, and Western Michigan University, among others.
