This week, I had the opportunity to facilitate a powerful session with BlazerWorks’ 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺, an exceptional group of educators, therapists, and leaders dedicated to fostering strong relationships, building the capacity of others, and refining their coaching practices.

We focused on the 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘴 behind high-quality coaching conversations, such as listening with intention, asking purposeful questions, and providing timely, actionable feedback that is aligned with shared goals.

✨ 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆: The strongest coaching happens in everyday interactions when we lead with presence, purpose, and high-impact skill application.
