What a wonderful way to start our Monday. Received this email from one of our precious parents.
I just want to give the biggest thank you. 🤍
_______ has been coming home singing “My God Is So Big,” and the first time I heard her, it completely melted my heart. Now, instead of me always asking her if she wants to pray, she asks me to pray. She asks so many questions about God… about the moon, the clouds, and even about my abilities and recovery since the accident. Hearing her little mind connect those things back to God means more to me than I can really put into words.
This world feels very different than the one I grew up in, and if I’m being truthful, raising a child in it can feel scary sometimes. More than anything, I want _______ to grow up with a strong foundation in her faith… knowing that she is loved, that God is with her, and that she can turn to Him through all the different seasons of her life.
So thank you for helping plant those seeds in her heart. Thank you for reinforcing at school what I’m trying to teach her at home, and for giving me such an incredible sense of peace knowing that she is surrounded by people who are helping point her toward God.
Seeing her faith begin to become her own, even at just three years old, is one of the sweetest gifts I could receive. I truly cannot thank you enough for the role you are playing in that. 🤍
