🎶📚 Sing it. Say it. Do it again!

Little ones learn so much through repetition. A favorite song becomes a chance to hear new words, follow patterns, remember what comes next, and connect language with movement and meaning.

And our Music Together songbook gives them even more ways to make those connections—seeing the illustrations, following along with the lyrics, and beginning to connect the words they hear and sing with the words and pictures on the page.

It may look like play—and it is! But all that singing, moving, and laughing is helping little brains build the foundations for language, literacy, and a lifetime of learning. 💛

That's **audiation**—the ability to hear and understand music in your mind, even when no one is singing or playing.

Just as children use their imaginations to create stories and pictures in their minds, they can imagine music, too. Through singing, listening, moving, and playing together in Music Together classes, children develop audiation—a foundational musical skill that supports a lifetime of music-making, long before they ever learn to read music.
