TM Recycling is who we bring all of the cans to. Every can we are able to recycle gets repurposed and reused.
We have to have our truck back soon so we can continue the mission.
Stay tuned!

🚨 Sad news to report....
Hello all of our faithful can collectors. We unfortunately have to let you all know that the truck Cans4College uses for its pick-ups was involved in an accident today and is unable to be driven. One half of your Cans4College team was in the truck but we are glad to report there are no serious injuries.
What this means is that we temporarily cannot pick up cans. We do not know at this time how long it will take for repairs.
Thank you for your understanding and we will look for some alternative ways to get your cans in the meantime.

What a week! Yesterday we did more pick ups and filled the truck again! Thanks go out to a Clearwater resident, Hookin' Ain't Easy Seafood Company, Inc and The Burg Automotive for saving cans for us!
Please check out Hookin' for a lunch, dinner or a seafood purchase and Burg Auto for any vehicle maintenance needs!

We didn't stop yesterday. Today we did 3 different pick ups, filled the truck and dropped off another 79 pounds!
A huge thanks to the two residents and Pharmacy Innovations-Seminole for the cans!
Did you know, Pharmacy Innovations is our only authorized can drop off site? You can drop your cans off and pick up your meds at the same time! How convenient?! Please consider using them for your pharmacy needs.

It is Spring Break and we are staying busy!
Today, we dropped off two of our branded recycling containers to Kimley-Horn, an engineering consultant located in downtown St. Pete. They will be saving their cans for us.
We also did a recycling run, dropping off 63 more pounds of cans today.
Thank you everyone for the continued support!

Did you know......
Today is National Recycling Day! We wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported us so far in our journey to recycle as many aluminum cans as possible.
To date we have recycled over 5,700 pounds of aluminum cans!
One single aluminum can will take anywhere between 80-500 years to decompose in a landfill. However, when you recycle an aluminum can it can be reused and back on a store shelf in as little as 30 days!
Please, keep saving those cans. We will gladly recycle them for you!
