This world tells us to hold off on admitting any fears. This world tells us that admitting fears is weakness. IT IS NOT WEAKNESS! Admitting and identifying our fears is one of the most empowering things we can do. We have been where you are, we can identify with nearly everyone we have ever come into contact with. We are here for YOU because you are important. No matter what anyone else has told you about yourself, you matter, you deserve to be loved, you are important, you have value, you are a work of art, you are gifted in ways you most likely don't even know. You know it's so common in our culture for men and women to begin to cry and then say "I'm sorry" or "I don't know what's wrong with me"... Well I'm here to tell you that there is nothing wrong with you, you are not broken, you do not need to be fixed. You just need to let the walls down and allow someone in, allow someone to come into your life and help tell you how magnificent you are, how wonderful you are, and someone to honor you for you. We come from a place of genuine love in our sessions, and people become vulnerable and guess what? ALL of their lives begin to transform. Stop apologizing for your tears. You have so much pressure on your shoulders, and as men we are taught to carry that pressure on our own. You have a choice to make, you can continue to run at the speed of the world, or you can choose to allow yourself to slow down, take a breath, and face your fears. You can choose to live a life as men were truly intended to. Facing fears is what a man does, asking for help is what a man does, being vulnerable is what a man does, accepting the fact that your "weaknesses" are what make you strong, but when you are alone in those weaknesses and do not share them with someone willingly, you will always feel alone inside. Maybe you won't show it on the outside, but when you get home you will feel it again. We constantly go go go because when we slow down we have to feel. Reach out to me, I caan help carry that weight with you. We are a team and I can promise you growth and freedom but only if you bring the willingness with you.

As men, we're taught that fear is a "weakness", especially showing it, we're taught not to cry, to just "tough it out", we're taught not to grieve a loss or something tragic, to just push it aside and act like it never happened. Well I will tell you that all of those things are a LIE. Real men are vulnerable, in touch with their emotions, admit their fears, pursue healing wounds from years ago. Are you tired of wearing a mask that everything is ok? I know I was. Almost 9 years ago I started to slowly take mine off and almost 5 years ago I took it off completely and I have never been more free in my life. Come talk to me, reach out to me. It's just a talk, you don't have to do this alone, in fact, you're not alone, I am right here waiting for the honor to get to pass on what I know to be true and to help you with a Life Transformation that you never thought possible.
