To the teams at and ,
On behalf of everyone at the Unu Freediving Foundation, please accept our deepest and most sincere gratitude for your exceptional generosity and continued support of our mission.
For the fourth consecutive year, your organizations have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to diver safety by sponsoring the Unu Freediving Challenge. The donation of crucial medical supplies—specifically a DAN O2 kit, various first aid supplies, a lifeguard tube, and a backboard—provides an invaluable safety net for all participants. These items are fundamental to our safety protocols and allow us to host the event with confidence, ensuring the well-being of every freediver in the water.
Your dedication goes beyond a simple donation of equipment; it underscores a shared belief in responsible diving practices and community welfare. The reliability of partners like you is what makes our annual challenge possible and successful year after year.
Thank you again for your unwavering support and for making the safety of the freediving community a priority. We are honored to have Deep Awareness Diving and Florida Underwater Sports as our essential safety partners.

The weather hasn’t been great for diving so it was time to walk in a in local nature preserve.
The cloudy, stormy skies were oddly calming and walking along a flooded trail I came across a 2-Toed Amphiuma - totally awesome!!
The small vestigial leg can be seen against my finger tip

Diving in the springs with another instructor just for fun and relaxation, not worrying about numbers or technique; just experiencing the water and the freshwater world. Having fun!!!

I’m an instructor for First Aid, CPR, AED, Oxygen Administration, and Lifeguarding but am a firm believer in taking review courses with other instructors to be sure my own skills are still good - just did a 1:1 review with Jamie and Daniel of Freedive Medicine.
I discovered a couple new ways of explaining things to students and helping those having problems with rescues and was assured my skills are still good 😎
