Hey there! I hope that everything is going well for you this Monday! I just wanted to take a time out to make sure that everyone has a clear understanding of what life coaching actually is! Why? Because knowledge is power of course! So let me start off by letting you know one major component…. Life coaching IS NOT THERAPY!! I repeat… LIFE COACHING IS NOT THERAPY!!!! Therapist works on healing you helping you work through things from your past. While we may touch on some past topics to help identify some of your limiting beliefs we will not be going through a healing process. Your FUTURE is my focus! Everyone is filled with so much unlocked potential! I mean its mind blowing! But life happens, and it causes us to limit our dreams and not fully go after our goals and unlock our true potential. Let me ask you a few questions…. Do you want to dream big and really stretch yourself at what you can actually achieve and have a roadmap mapped out for you to be able to get there? Do you need someone in your corner that will hold you accountable and hold you to a higher standard then what you would hold yourself to? Do you need to give your pain a purpose and find meaning in the challenges of life? Do you want someone who can see your true potential and not allow you to settle for less than then what you are truly meant to be? Do you need someone in your corner to help build your confidence, boost your optimism and unlock your untapped potential?
