Our Mission: To educate community and business leaders by providing experiences that will increase awareness, develop leadership skills and motivate participants to be actively engaged in St. Our mission is to provide professionals with educational leadership experiences and promote community engagement. We do this by giving class participants exclusive insight to the county’s inner workings and a

ccess to influential public figures who are helping shape our future. Vision Leadership is a rewarding personal experience that fosters lifelong relationships. Sometimes leadership begins with discovering a new path. Sometimes it begins with finally giving yourself permission to step forward.

For LaTonya L. Thomas, Government Day became the catalyst for joining O’Fallon’s Board of Adjustments, running for City Council, and pursuing a career in law and government.

For Rogers, Vision helped him get out of his own way and begin leading and serving nonprofit organizations in the community.

Sometimes the right connection opens a door you’ve been trying to reach for years.

For Clinton Schulte, Vision helped build the relationships that eventually opened the door to BJC HealthCare, work he had hoped to be part of for years.

But the professional opportunity wasn’t the only thing he gained.
