A belated “brava” to studio alumn, Analiesa Hollowood (‘23) on her fantastic junior recital at SLU a few weeks ago! I love when grads stay close enough for me to catch their college performances - it’s so rewarding to see their continued growth through the years! Ana sounded absolutely amazing - so proud of you, Ana! ♥️✨

Ahh! All the joy and excitement for our Alyssa on her Ken Page Award nomination, recognizing her for her performance as Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors! Can’t wait to see her perform on stage at The Fox in May!! 👏🏼✨

A huge congrats to Grace on being cast as Ngana in South Pacific at The Muny! We are so proud of her and can’t wait to see the show this July! 🌴👏🏼🎉

Sunday’s show! And wow wow wow this girl ate and left no crumbs (until she unfortunately was eaten by Audrey II who also left no crumbs 😢😂). So happy that Alyssa (Audrey) was able to play one of her dream roles in her last high school show. Congrats to all at St. Charles West on a great run of Little Shop of Horrors! 🪴👏🏼♥️

Congrats to Olivia (Belle), Sadie (Babette), and Charlie (Ensemble) on their performances in their middle school production of Beauty & the Beast Jr. this weekend! So much talent on that stage - a big round of applause to all the cast & crew on a wonderful show! 🌹✨

Such a fun night at MICDS’ Spring Pops choir concert on Thursday! Congrats to Shreeya who was one of several featured students chosen to perform a solo song - so proud of her! 👏🏼♥️

Congrats to Sean (Prince Dauntless) & Vinny (Knight) on a fantastic performance in Fort Zumwalt East’s production of Once Upon a Mattress! Sean’s Dauntless was funny & clueless (in the best way!) and Vinny did a great job in the Ensemble in his first musical. Way to go guys! 😊👏🏼👑

In March, Alyssa & Nora competed in our Federation club’s District & Scholarship Competition. I’m so proud to share that Alyssa was named District Winner and will go on to represent the club at the State Competition and that both girls won a scholarship to use for summer music camps! 🎉

A big thanks to Alice for all her work with the girls - we’re lucky to have her accompanying us! 💙

It was a jolly holiday with Molly starring as Mary Poppins in Miss Patti's Musical Theatre’s production of Mary Poppins last weekend! ☂️👜 This was Molly’s Senior show with the company and I couldn’t be more proud of her performance. I saw the show Saturday night and her voice was sounding in great shape after a full week of tech and opening night. We love good technique that allows for healthy, sustained singing! 🙌🏼 Congrats to Molly, Miss Patti, and the rest of the company and creative team on a great show! 🎉

Last Wednesday Nora and Sean had the opportunity to attend a masterclass with Giuseppe Spoletini at SLU through YPT! The masterclass was also attended by SLU vocal students, including studio alumn, Analiesa (‘23). On Thursday evening, Ana appeared alongside Giuseppe, Stephanie Tennill and with the student ensemble for a concert at St. Francis Xavier. I heard it was just beautiful and can’t wait to see her junior recital in a couple of weeks!
