We love celebrating the non-scale victories! And hanging out with the cutest cats 💁🏼♀️ 🐈
Karen was TERRIFIED of the floor when we met & told me “we can do anything, as long as it’s not on the floor!”
Gradually, we made our way to the floor, through building strength, mobility, & flexibility. She has now conquered the floor & she’s able to do so much more in her free-time, like gardening, carrying bags of rock, and painting her front porch (on a ladder 👀)
Building muscle & methodical, functional movements are critical for our independence, no matter what our age. I’m very grateful that she’s entrusted me in this process & I’m so happy she’s capable of so much more than when she started 4 years ago 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
