Cairns After Cancer offers classes and workshops to provide support for individuals as they keep moving forward following a cancer diagnosis.

A "cairn" is a stack of stones that mark a place or show the direction of a trail. Cairns After Cancer was inspired by the desire to provide support for individuals as they keep moving forward following a cancer diagnosis. Through classes, workshops and retreats, participants have the opportunity to learn specific skills related to mindfulness, movement and writing, which will support their overall sense of wellbeing.
