The St. Paul Area Athena Awards program honors outstanding female high school senior student athletes from St. Paul and suburban public and independent high schools for their athletic achievements. The award is based on excellence in individual sports or for participation and accomplishments in team sports.

Athena is the Goddess of Wisdom and Skills. She was brave and possessed the essence of all that is noble. Legend tells us that she possessed the gifts of dignity, power, and youth, making her invincible.

There will be no school on Monday, March 16, due to the weather. Students should not report to school. This will NOT be an E-Learning Day. School is canceled.

Discovery Club and Adult Basic Education will be closed.

All other athletic events and after-school activities will be canceled, with exceptions made on a case-by-case basis. Varsity Athletics may continue as scheduled at the discretion of the Site Administrator.

🚨After-School Activities Canceled Thursday (Jan. 22); No School Friday (Jan. 23) Due to Weather

There will be no school on Friday, January 23, due to the weather. Students should NOT report to school. This will NOT be an E-Learning Day. School is canceled. Discovery Club, Adult Basic Education and ECFE will be closed.

In addition, after-school programs and activities are canceled today, Thursday, January 22. Discovery Club will remain open until the last child has been picked up. High school athletics are decided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your athletic director for more information.
