The start of Fall semester and a new academic year means long lines for student IDs. 🪪 The good news is that you can avoid those lines altogether by getting your ID early! As long as you’re registered for classes, all you need is a photo ID and your StarID, and we’ll do the rest. You can visit us in person at the first-floor desk or request an ID by mail at this link: https://library.metrostate.edu/id/

Image Description: Graphic with a light blue background and art of people waiting in a long line. Text reads, “Skip the Line: Get Your ID now! Save time by getting your Student ID before Fall. If you’re registered for classes, we can make you one anytime we’re open. Just bring a photo ID and your StarID to the 1st-floor library desk. You can also request an ID by mail at library.metrostate.edu/id. Our public hours are Monday – Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.” The Metro State logo is included.

These dog days of summer are a great time to walk the community labyrinth! Bring your pup, a friend, or simply yourself for a peaceful stroll to clear your mind, stretch your legs, and enjoy some quiet time in the sun. No one wants to think about the cold temperatures yet, but summer won't last forever!

If you would like to learn more, visit the community labyrinth site: https://library.metrostate.edu/about/labyrinth/
