We hope everyone had a fantastic February filled with good times, great memories, and maybe even a few signs that spring is on its way! Now it’s time to turn the calendar and proudly welcome all of our Ramsey Alumni to the amazing month of March!

March brings new energy, new opportunities, and new reasons to stay connected with the incredible Alexander Ramsey Class of ’79 family!

We’ve got some exciting news!�New information and updates have just been added to our class website! Be sure to take a few minutes to stop by and see what’s new. There’s always something happening, and the site continues to be our central hub for all things Ramsey.

The reunion committee and I truly appreciate the time you take to check out the website, stay informed, and remain involved. Your continued participation keeps our class spirit strong and meaningful. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you — and we’re always hopeful that even more of you will jump in and get involved as we move forward together.

Hello Rams,

It is with deep sadness that we share the news that our dear classmate and friend, Lori Mae Schneiderhan, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2026.

Lori was a valued member of the Alexander Ramsey Class of 1979 and will always be remembered for the friendships, memories, and moments we shared throughout the years. She will forever remain a part of our Ramsey family.

Further information will be posted on our class website by the end of today at www.alexanderramseyclassof79.com. Additional details regarding any services will be shared as soon as they become available.

During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Lori’s family and loved ones. Please keep Lori and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

Good morning class of 79,

I have some very sad news to share with you. I was just notified by our classmate Maureen Wintz Higgins that our dear friend and classmate Barb Thompson Kirkpatrick has passed away this morning.

I will pass a long more information regarding services for Barb once I learn of them.

For now I ask that you send your thoughts and prayers to Barb, her family and loved one's and for anyone who knew her. Barb's courage, good attitude and strength will always be remembered. She was a true inspiration.

Hey Ramsey Class of ’79!

Sorry for the late update to our class website — life got a little busy! Hope everyone had an awesome September and that October’s off to an even better start!

Good news though… there’s new info and updates waiting for you on the class website, so be sure to check it out when you get a chance.

If you're interested in attending and joining in on the fun please let us know by Friday, September 19th. I'd hate to cancel the event due to a lack of interest.
