Congratulations, candidates! You are now only one day away! The undergraduate ceremony will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. in O’Shaughnessy Stadium on the St. Paul campus.

Do you or someone in your party need accessible parking? On commencement day, Lot G will be reserved for handicapped parking. You must have a state-issued permit to use this lot. Please visit the commencement page of the UST website for parking information. www.stthomas.edu/commencement

Did you know? A professional photographer from Grad Images will take your picture as you receive your diploma. Proofs will be sent to your permanent address and via email within five days after the ceremony. There is no obligation to purchase. Pictures can be ordered online, by phone or by mail.

Will any of your guests need accessible seating at the ceremony? Mobility-impaired guests are encouraged to use the drop-off lane behind the Anderson Student Center. Chauffeured golf carts will be available for transport into the stadium. There are designated seating areas at the ceremony for people with limited mobility. Ushers will be available to assist people with mobility impairments.

Plan now to meet up with friends and family easily and quickly after the ceremony by choosing a meeting spot ahead of time. Please join us for the President’s Reception immediately following the ceremony in the lower quad.

Seniors … are you on track to graduate on May 23, 2015? If you haven’t received a notice from the Registrar’s Office regarding graduation and commencement, please review your Degree Evaluation on Murphy Online. Scroll through your entire evaluation, and if you have any RED [Still Needed] requirements listed, you must get these issues resolved before you’re eligible to graduate. If you have any questions, please contact your advisor, Academic Counseling at (651) 962-6300, or the Registrar's Office.

Undergraduate students, Grad Fest is today and tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. outside of the bookstore in the lower level of Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Bring a picture ID and pick up your cap, gown, tassel(s), five free announcements and rain-plan tickets. There's no need to pre-order your cap and gown. The bookstore staff members will ask for your height and will find a cap and gown for you. For more details about commencement, check out the commencement Web page, www.stthomas.edu/commencement.
