We are inviting you to participate in a 45 min. paid research study of consumer impressions. The purpose of this study is to better understand factors that influence consumer impressions. During the study, you will get to sample one or more food products and will be asked to provide your evaluations and perceptions in a computer-based survey format. In return, participants will be given the choice between $8 cash or a gift certificate of greater value for a free meal (entreé, beverage, and dessert) at the Food For Thought campus cafeteria directly above the study location on the University of St. Thomas Minneapolis campus.

If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked to schedule a 45-minute visit at the Behavioral Research Center (BRC) in Terrence Murphy Hall room LL13 (1000 LaSalle Ave. Minneapolis, MN 55403). You will be notified about any possible food allergens prior to the study. If necessary, you will be provided with an alternative sample.

Sometime after you have received your compensation and have left the Behavioral Research Center (BRC) site, we will send you a brief, optional follow-up survey via e-mail. Completing this survey will enter you into a drawing for an additional $25 prize.
