What does history look like in action? Hamline students are getting their hands dirty to uncover a unique piece of our community’s past. This quiet corner of campus holds the archaeological remains of one of the first family homes built in the Hamline-Midway neighborhood surrounding the university. The dig is one of many opportunities for our students to engage in deep, hands-on learning beyond the traditional classroom.

Iowa-native Anabel Bradley knew she wanted to explore her college options outside of her home state but also wanted a school that would allow her to continue running cross country. After meeting with coaching staff at Hamline University, she knew it was the right fit for her. Hamline University wishes everyone in our community observing the Festival of Sacrifice a happy and meaningful Eid al-Adha. While traditions of prayer, charity, and feasting vary across the globe, the spirit of devotion remains the same. We hope all of our Pipers celebrate a wonderful holiday.

We had an absolute blast celebrating Education Day at the St. Paul Saints Baseball game. From throwing out the ceremonial first pitch to joining the broadcast booth and handing out Hamline megaphones, the Piper energy was unmatched.
Big thanks to our amazing Undergraduate Admission staff, Student Ambassadors, and fans for making it a home-run afternoon. ⚾

A legacy etched in hardwood. Hamline University officially dedicated the Winston "Win" Folkers '57 Court in Hutton Arena. From leading the 1957 men’s basketball team to a MIAC championship to serving as a Life Trustee, Win Folkers has dedicated his life to Hamline University's success.
This celebration highlights the incredible impact of his generous investments that are transforming our athletic facilities. These resources support upgrades to Hutton Arena and enable our student-athletes to excel in competition and in the classroom. We are building a future where our basketball and volleyball programs continue to thrive under the highest standards.
Thank you, Win, for your decades of leadership and for being a champion for all Pipers. We invite our entire community to celebrate this new chapter for Hamline University Athletics.
