Koenecke becomes Concordia's ninth NSIC Hall of Fame inductee - Concordia University, St. Paul Athletics BURNSVILLE, Minn. - The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) has announced its 2026 Hall of Fame Inductees with Kayla Koenecke becoming Concordia-St. Paul's ninth inductee.

Alumni Spotlight: Gretchen Holmgren ’00 🎓

Gretchen Holmgren graduated from CSP in 2000 with a degree in Communications and now serves as the Director of Retail Banking at Luminate Bank. In her leadership role, she uses the communication and critical thinking skills she developed at Concordia every day.

While balancing full-time work and school, Gretchen found strong support from CSP’s faculty. “My professors cared about me personally and as a student. They were committed to my success and learning,” she shared.

For Gretchen, CSP was more than a place to earn a degree. “It just felt like where I belonged from the moment I visited,” she said.
