Dragged Out

It is a special day! A very happy birthday goes out to today! If you want to throw extra money on him this month, you can get that chance when Dragged Out will be at Twin Cities Pride on the Stonewall Stage, which will be on Saturday, June 27th from 3-4pm! Thank you all that made it made it out to our special Dragged Out as we raised money for Our Space this past Friday! The final total has been calculated and we made $3,152!

I would really also like to thank the performers that volunteered their time and art to this. Along with the audience, you all helped make this night be as magical as possible! Also to Ethan, John, and Dean for helping the show run smoothly! As well as Foxy Tann bringing the magic to the mic! Rox Anderson, thank you for all the work that you do for the community!

Now Dragged Out will be back to the normal Friday next month! So see you on July 17th!

Known for his penchant for penguin tail tuxes, outlandish humor, and penetrating smolder, Xavier has been performing drag throughout the Twin Cities and nationally since 2001, including fundraisers for various q***r organizations and individuals. He is the hunky half of the duo Nadi X and the producer of Dragged Out, one of the longest running drag king shows in the Midwest. Whether tickling your funny bone or tackling political themes, Xavier lives up to his tagline of being your Commander-in-Heat!

This performer has been on various stages throughout the years. A cast member of d***s do do for 15 years, he’s performed all around the Twin Cities and beyond for 20+ years.

One minute he’s serenading you with a bedroom voice and the next belting out a glittery anthem. He’s the bon vee vant with sav wah fair, Randy Dandy!

This performer started at Barbara Gordon’s “Lip Service” around 2003. They were also a regular performer in shows at Lucy’s as well as the long running D***s Do Drag! This king is quite the energizer bunny and will keep you entertained! Come see Raj and the rest of the cast of this month’s Dragged Out!

Johnny Lightning has been on stages across
the country for the past 24 years as an OG comedy king. Known for his props, p***s, and unpredictability--- He was almost relevant
once when he was crowned Mr. Drag King Minnesota in 2008. He is a former cast member of Dragged Out, Barbara Gordon's productions of "Tonight's Theme" and "Lip Service" you can now find him on stage randomly for a fundraiser here and there with the reminder to never take yourself too seriously.

We are days away from our special Pride edition of Dragged Out this Friday! This great group of kings will be raising money for Our Space MN on the Black Hart of Saint Paul stage!! One of those kings has quite the history as a cast member starting all the way back around 2008!

Andre 1000 has been a staple drag king throughout the twin cities since 2003. He began his performance career with the drag troupe The 24 Karat Kings. He holds the titles of Mr. Drag King Minnesota 2010 and Mr Black Diamond 2024. He currently is a cast member of Dragged out at Black Hart St Paul, a Co Show Producer of Hot Pink at the Saloon Minneapolis, and the creator and producer of Black Boy Joy, which can be seen at Black Hart of St Paul. While he loves to give you Rap and R&B, he refuses to stay in any box. He enjoys giving you everything from country, to broadway, to gospel, to live rapping! He is sexy, he is smooth, his smolder is undeniable, and he has a smile that melts you! He is Daddy in every sense of the word.

This performer may be a little newer to the scene, but they have came out to play with the cast of Dragged Out quite a few times and are excited to join us at the Black Hart of Saint Paul to raise money for Our Space MN on Friday, June 5th!
