We had three successful events last night. We thank our nonprofits for their trust, and our auctioneers for their talents: Isaac Schultz and team, Bret Walters, and Kurt Johnson. A special shout-out to all the players who had a collective hand in reaching a new milestone for their nonprofit—$2,000,000!! Amazing!!l

And just like that the Finalist becomes the 2024 Minnesota State Champion Auctioneer. Congratulations to our team member, Dylan Kallemeyn, for his big win last night. And congrats to our other team members for their participation or competitive runs: Isaac Schultz (contest judge and past champion); Dave Thompson (past champion who sold some items while the results were being tallied); Kurt (past champion) and Connie Johnson (event sponsors); Lake Boehm (contestant); and Andrew Molenkamp (Rookie contestant).

When you have a chance to make a difference every time you partner with a nonprofit; when you have a team that supports your vision and ex*****on; and when you have a banner year with a wide variety of community-building initiatives, it is time to celebrate BIG. Kurt Johnson Auctioneering certainly did last night: Team raffle, delicious food and drink, a private venue and concert, and of course, our hilarious White Elephant gift exchange stamped the punctuation mark and heart on 2023. What an honor to host.
