Meet Brittany Glenny Moreno, University of Northwestern - Academy of Music piano instructor.

Ms. Moreno is an accomplished pianist, composer, and dedicated educator with over 25 years of teaching experience.
Holding degrees in piano, musicology, and music education from the University of Northwestern (MN) and St. Scholastica’s College in Manila, she has collaborated widely in instrumental, choral, and orchestral settings and developed innovative teaching programs across multiple institutions.
As a passionate mentor and Coordinator for Minnesota’s NFMC Junior Composition Contest, Ms. Moreno nurtures both performers and young composers. Drawing from her background in physical therapy, she uniquely supports students’ technical, physical, and artistic growth.
Inspired by her own journey into music, Ms. Moreno is committed to helping students tell meaningful stories through their playing in a welcoming and encouraging environment. She has been teaching with the Academy of Music for 5 years!

Brio Children's Camp registration is still open for camp!

June 23-26, 2025 from 9 am - 12 pm
Ages: 4-8
Instructor: Dr. Kristen Bugos, Ph.D.

Join other children (ages 4–8) for a week of Music and Movement including listening to a variety of music, learning about rhythm, tempo and the musical alphabet. Students will be exploring the connection between music and movement, storytelling, concert listening, singing, and much more!
