Hello, everyone! After five years, I’ve decided it’s time to close Dreaming Sky Circles. Thank you for your love and support over the years. Thank you for trusting me and believing in my vision and mission. On September 11, I took a position at ***rspacecollective . We share the same mission — to create space for LGBTQ+ youth to feel safe and empowered to be their� true selves — so I know I’m in the right place. More than ever, I’m here to love, to support, and to fight for trans and q***r kids. Free in-person workshop to support q***r and trans kids in the Twin Cities area!

I’m hosting 5 Ways You Can Support LGBTQ+ Youth at Parkview United Church of Christ in White Bear Lake (3737 Bellaire Ave.) on Monday, July 17 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. This is the perfect opportunity to learn if you are just starting your journey to support and understand q***r and trans kids. We'll talk about:

What does LGBTQ actually mean anyway?
What’s the gender binary?
Are gender and attraction related?
How can I actually help the q***r or trans kiddo in my life?

During the workshop, you’ll have a chance to be seen and heard. You’ll have like-minded people to hold you. You’ll be in a space where you can feel safe enough to be a little bit vulnerable and brave enough to be accountable to the group.

By the time you leave, you’ll feel like you finally have some clarity and some concrete ways to be a supportive, affirming adult.

In your own way, you will be able to start changing the world.

White friends, on Juneteenth and every day, support and prioritize the healing of Black women and femmes. One way you can do this is donating to Embodied Black Girl. Embodied Black Girl creates trauma-informed, grief-informed and justice-informed transformational spaces that support Embodied Healing and Decolonial Leadership for all. This amazing organization was founded by Thérèse Cator. She is a mother, an Embodiment Practitioner and Teacher and a Leadership Mentor.
