Bloomington River Rendezvous -
September 21-24. Open to the public on September 24 from 10AM to 5 PM.

What a wonderful way to start the new year by presenting my immigrant program to the residents of Vernon Terrace.
It was a good turnout Wednesday afternoon, with some great questions and sharing after the program.

I had a wonderful time presenting my program, on European immigration, to Riccori school in Cold Spring, MN, this past Thursday. It has always been enjoyable to work with these students over the years. Thank you, Riccori, for the opportunity.

Next stop Big Island Rendezvous and Festival. Will be arriving on Wednesday. See you there!

Wonderful week at the Bloomington River Rendezvous. The students were so well behaved and engaged in the subject matter. Unfortunately, Thursday was called off due to the rain.

Still looking for additional places to give my program, An Immigrant's Tale, a program on 19th Century Norwegian immigration.

Need something to do on Monday, August 6? Come to Target Field for the Minnesota Expo. If you are in charge of planning activities for your school, after school activities, social clubs, senior groups, etc. this is the place you ought to be. Doors open at 9 AM.

I'll be marketing for the Big Island Festival and Rendezvous and for 19th Century Programs.

Looking forward to presenting An Immigrant's Tale at the Walnut Grove Family Festival on Saturday, July 7. My program is scheduled for 1 PM and 4 PM.

The other two dates for the festival are Saturdays, July 14 and July 21.

Had a wonderful weekend starting off at a Stevne, for few hours, in Alexandria. That evening I went to a museum meeting in Fergus Falls. Wonderful exhibits in their building. The next day it was off to Hjemkost Festival in Moorhead, MN. I had many successful networking opportunities. It was a full, wonderful weekend.

Had a wonderful time sharing the Immigrant story with the Sons of Norway members in Windom, MN, on Thursday evening. To add to pleasure it was nice to see and visit with Norm and Connie Peterson. The program was at the Historical Society. If in Windom you may want to check this building out.
