The new/old West Seventh: Artist-led renewal honors the fabric of St. Paul's first neighborhood Saint Paul's blue-collar West Seventh neighborhood has been attracting artists, who love the reasonable rents, generous, rehabbable spaces, and sense of community. West End Arts has been organized to connect artists with the community.

Cooper's grocery adds to the store's facade with a colorful mural As a part of a larger beautification project in the neighborhood, Cooper’s Foods on St. Clair Avenue and West Seventh Street in St. Paul recently added a large mural to the store’s façade. The mural speaks to the grocery business.
