Technical services for sound and lights are extra. Outside catering is allowed, a set up area is available. Security may be required. A contract must be signed and a down payment received before rental dates are secure. A damage deposit is required. Saint Paul's blue-collar West Seventh neighborhood has been attracting artists, who love the reasonable rents, generous, rehabbable spaces, and sense of community. West End Arts has been organized to connect artists with the community.

As a part of a larger beautification project in the neighborhood, Cooper’s Foods on St. Clair Avenue and West Seventh Street in St. Paul recently added a large mural to the store’s façade. The mural speaks to the grocery business.
