Inkstone is the literary arts magazine of the University of Northwestern, St. Paul, MN. This page hi Students may submit up to 5 poems and 2 prose pieces.

Inkstone publishes two issues per year and accepts submissions from current students during the first weeks of both fall and spring semester (watch for details). All pieces should contain the student's name and m.c. number on the back. 2-D art is also accepted and appreciated. Send submissions to [email protected]. All published submissions are considered finalists for the Inkstone writing contest in the spring.

The Inkstone crew got together at Bucca Di Beppo's in Minneapolis to celebrate the two great issues of Inkstone they produced this year. It was a wonderful time of good food and conversation.

Tomorrow, Monday, April 22, is the annual Fine Print Reading at the Coffee Grounds (1579 Hamline Ave.)! This reading celebrates the writers and writing of Inkstone, so come out for some good coffee and great words! Festivities begin at 7:00.
