Minnesota Math and Science Academy is managed by Concept Schools, NFP. Concept Schools is a not-for-profit charter management organization that manages high quality charters in the Midwest. Minnesota Math and Science Academy has a Board of Directors that is independent of Concept Schools. The Board of Directors of the Minnesota Math and Science Academy is the charter holder and has the ultimate responsibility and accountability to our sponsor/authorizer. The Board governs and oversees all operations of the Minnesota Math and Science Academy. The Board of Directors of the Minnesota Math and Science Academy is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, who are committed to improve high quality public education choices in our community.

🎉📚 That's a wrap on the 2025–26 school year!

Today, our students celebrated the last day of school with smiles, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime. As we close out another incredible year, we want to thank our students, families, and staff for their hard work, dedication, and support.
