Lost Cat: An Illustrated Meditation on Love, Loss, and What It Means To Be Human “Dogs are not about something else. Dogs are about dogs,” Malcolm Gladwell indignated in the introduction to The Big New Yorker Book of Dogs. Pre-order your …to be continued T-shirt, screen printed by Skip! This shirt displays the postcard for the 2013 CVA Graduation Exhibit.
The art for …to be continued is a white ellipsis set against a CVA red background. This ellipsis could also represent "unspoken," "omission," "pause," or "next." In addition, the three dots of the ellipsis visually represent the three initials, CVA.
Shirts will be available to pick up at Summit beginning the week of April 22.
There will be limited quantities for each size (small, medium, large, xlarge, xxlarge) so get your order in quick!

Today during Illustration Club, I turned the meeting over to the attendees to determine the theme for ILLOZINE4. I can report that the themes "fantasy bowel movements" and "ugly Jim O'Brien portraits" were both unanimously ruled out, and that the final decision was to collect work from sketchbooks and see if a theme arose. We ate Double-stuff Oreos, Doritos, Cheetos, Gluten-free bagel chips, and Girl Scout Thin Mints. If you missed it, you missed out. Next meeting will be in two weeks or so, actual date to be determined but I'm thinking maybe 2/19.
