Procrastination works for these teens because it causes them to experience the stress needed to act. While we tend to perceive stress as a negative, it is essential to our survival; we need to experience some level of stress to accomplish pretty much anything.

Nothing like ACL/Meniscus surgery to remind me of how much I value support and caring from people in my life! From ice delivery to furry company to the arrival of thoughtful gift baskets, flower bouquets and treats, from rides for my kids to meals prepared to gifts of wine and coloring books, the help is making me so much stronger!
