HCC is very pleased to welcome Kang Vang back as our Citizenship Teacher! Over the years, Kang has helped hundreds of our students study for and pass the U.S. Citizenship exam. In class, Kang teaches the new 128 U.S. History and Civics questions that are part of the Citizenship test, helps students practice the personal interview, and assists students in learning the English sentences writing dictation that is also part of the U.S Citizenship exam.

Kang will be teaching our Noon Citizenship class for Hmong elders and our 4 PM class on Zoom. He will also occasionally fill in teaching the 10 AM class.
