A message to our Summit family —
You may have seen media stories this week related to Summit Brewing Company, and we want to be as direct with you as we can at this time: Summit is currently working through a legal process with our lender that is continuing to evolve on a daily basis. Our focus to date has been on identifying potential solutions, exploring options, and working towards a resolution that is best for our employees, our shareholders, and all of our partners. There is no doubt that this has been a hard stretch, but we want to be clear that the challenges in front of us are not a reflection of the strength of our brand, our beer, our incredible team that makes it, our distributor and retail partners that buy and sell it, or our incredible customers that have spent their hard-earned money to drink our great products over the past 40 years. We're doing everything we can to work through this. Our doors are open, our team is brewing, and we're still here. You can support us by continuing to enjoy our great products. We'll share updates here as they become available, and we're grateful for your patience and support along the way.
