Are you curious about what the TCGIS PTO is up to? 🤔

Here is a review of what we did in 2025-2026!

✅ A dozen great events for the TCGIS community
✅ Special funding for science kits for every grade
✅ Special funding for track and cross country timers
✅ Staff support including coffee and tea catered all year, staff brunches for early release days, conference night pizza dinners, monthly lunch cart for the teacher's lounge, staff appreciation week treats, end of the year coffee cart
✅ Our biggest money-makers are Maskenball and Auction & the Fall Community Auction (thank you for the donations and support!)

Our annual budget and finances are freely available to members of the TCGIS community. If you'd like to take a closer look at the numbers, let us know! Our website is under construction, but these documents will also be available there in the near future.

A special thanks to all of the work the TCGIS teachers, staff, and administration do for our community!

As we get started with the new school year, this is just a reminder that the school pick up app has changed from last year. Please check your email for more information about setting up your Raptor Safe App account.

👉 From TCGIS admin:

For our elementary students, we use the Raptor Safe app to indicate their after-school plans. It's very important that the app is updated correctly. Please also remind your student(s) daily where they should go after school. We often have students come to the front office at dismissal unsure of their plan and needing to call home. Please refer to the email you received on August 26 for full information about how to use Raptor Safe.

To make sure your student is dismissed correctly, make sure Raptor Safe delegations are updated by 2:20 PM each day. If you miss that deadline, just call the front office at 651-492-7106, and we’ll be happy to update it for you.
