✨ Morning | Embodied Breathwork + Reiki

Breathwork can be one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with your body. When you drop in, healing can begin to unfold, creating space for your body’s wisdom to guide the process.

✨ Afternoon | Community Acupuncture + Guided Plant Spirit Meditation

Balance the energies of spring and open to clarity and inspiration through acupuncture, while being guided to connect with an herbal ally for deeper insight and reflection.

Come for one session or stay for the full day. A space to receive, reconnect, and be part of something bigger.

Beverages and light snacks provided as well as time for integration and sharing.
