Join us for Embodied Breathwork, a powerful body-based practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to help quiet the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. As we breathe, we create space for greater awareness, emotional processing, release, and deeper connection to ourselves.

What makes this experience even more meaningful is that we breathe together.

There is something profoundly healing about being in a room with others who are simply showing up as they are. Without needing to fix, perform, or carry everything alone, we remember that healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. As one person softens, it often gives another permission to soften too.

Whether this is your first breathwork session or you’ve joined us before, you are welcome exactly as you are. Your body knows the way.
