🫶I saw Qveen Herby last night with my love and my labe in Minneapolis at the Fillmore.

➡️What an amazing show and a perfect way to celebrate our 15th anniversary together.

🎉I’m so inspired by her and her lyrics and she’s always on my music rotation so to see her live was fantastic AF.

My Mom is a gem 💎

🫶I’m so grateful to call you Mom.

❤️It’s incredible that I still get to hang out and visit with this resilient, beautiful, hilarious, wise, woman who brought me into this world.

➡️It’s not lost on me that so many people don’t know their Moms, lose their Moms at an early age, or don’t have a good relationship with their Mom.

Softball Date ..

🥎Went to see the U of M Gophers Women’s fast pitch softball game.

➡️We both played softball in high school and I played in college.

🙌🏼I love it so much ..and yet I haven’t played or watched a game forever. I sort of forgot to remember that it was once a part of me and my identity.

☀️It brought me a lot of joy and nostalgia to go watch (even though the ladies lost to Wisconsin).

💃🏼Kicking off this birthday weekend right with the most typical le***an thing to do 😆

Truth Drop:

If you’re honest with yourself and get really quiet and tune in…..I bet you know deep down that you don’t necessarily need to have more clarity.

Clarity will come. It’s not a requirement to have total clarity before deciding.

You already know and feel enough right now in this red hot moment.

What you probably need is more courage and trust.

Courage to listen to the still small voice or the subtle knowing or feeling that keeps nudging you.

Courage take action before you feel “ready” or before you feel like “an expert”.

Courage to feel afraid and still do it anyway .

Courage to be seen and know that people won’t always like you or agree.

Courage to stand out and sometimes stand alone. (But your people eventually will find you and it’ll be more aligned).

Courage to follow your heart and believe that your calling is bigger than your fear

You were born with intuition. It’s just that you’ve lost connection with it—-but it’s still there.

Most of us have been programmed and conditioned to forget that we are born with the most intelligent internal GPS (your human operating system and intuition )
