MORE is a nonprofit in St. Paul, MN serving new Americans by providing basic needs and free English language classes.

Our Mission: Provide new Americans with education and support to help them achieve economic and social independence today and for generations to come. Our Vision: Our newest neighbors are empowered to live peaceful lives and free of poverty. Our Goals:

We’re excited to expand MORE’s worksite English programming!

With new grant funding from the State of Minnesota, MORE has launched customized English classes at Minnesota Masonic Home, supporting employees in nursing assistance, dietary services, housekeeping, and mentorship.

We’re proud to bring practical English learning directly into the workplace and help employees build skills and confidence for success on the job.

We are launching an evening online conversation group to give our students additional opportunities to practice speaking English.

Volunteers will lead a weekly hour-long online conversation group using structured topics.

You do not need to be a teacher or have experience teaching English. You simply need to be comfortable leading a conversation, encouraging participation, and creating a welcoming environment.

Volunteers must complete a comprehensive online training before leading a group.

Interested? Email [email protected] and indicate which evenings and time frames you would be available to volunteer.

Many of the families who visit MORE's Clothing Distribution program are caring for young children and are in need of diapers. A simple donation can make a meaningful difference for parents working hard to provide for their families.

We're currently accepting donations of diapers in all sizes.
