Jodi's insane work ethic is why she'll hit the heaviest squat in her class come Nov. 1. Plus some upper body "death-set fun" to finish the morning! Functional movements with heavy weight done correctly is the key to looking good and living longer! Step out of your comfort zone and let me help you create something else!
Sharing my training as well, might help give some ideas for you! 335x13(I think) in :60 on deficit deads. This was after 3x5@365. Strongman involves absolute strength but also the muscular endurance to hit multiple heavy reps in a short time. Super fun.....can't wait for more weight next week😄

I hope this post finds you all embracing this incredible hardship with patience, compassion, and motivation. It's amazing how "normal life" can drastically shift in an instant however that's when most of us find what we're truly made of. My entire life is dedicated to delivering exceptional strength training services to those willing to put in the work to become the best version of themselves. This virus hasn't stopped my clients from hitting their daily workouts that I created for them and it's that kind of enthusiasm and determination that will inevitably produce a stronger, more resilient person!
