Education is one of the most powerful tools we have to expand opportunity and shape our future. That’s why city-wide initiatives like CollegeBound Saint Paul exist, to help families access early childhood resources and save for post-secondary education.
Our morning was made brighter after visiting the students at L'Etoile du Nord French Immersion for Deposit Day! Organized by CollegeBound, we helped Pre-K and Kindergarten students learn about the difference between things that cost a lot and a little, the importance of saving money, and how college is within reach.
I was the first in my family to go to college. It wasn’t possible in Laos. Like many first-generation graduates, that experience opened doors I never thought possible. It’s amazing to that there are so many pathways after high school—anywhere from college to trade school. Whether it is something as simple as trading a coin for a toy or as meaningful as helping families open a College Savings Account, CollegeBound is investing in brighter futures for our city.

The Saint Paul Community Action Network (StPCAN) was launched in response to the Rose Avenue 🧊 raid back in November 2025. Our network is comprised of people who live, work, play and/or care for Saint Paul.
In times of chaos and crisis we respond with abundant collective care ever more so. The community pantry & closet is accessible to anyone who is need of food, clothing and personal hygiene products.
We provide and receive donations on a rolling basis. Operation hours are M-F, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at 792 Studio inside Indigenous Roots.
