St. Catherine University's dining facilities include The Dining Room, The Pulse, and The Market Place, all conveniently located in the Coeur de Catherine.

Introducing Salad of the Week!

Every week we will be featuring a different kind of salad! All of the ingredients for the salad will be available at the salad bar and students will be able to build their own salad - including or excluding any ingredients they'd like!

This weeks featured salad is a Chef's Salad! Ingredients include: Turkey, Ham, Swiss Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Eggs, Cucumbers, and Tomatoes!

Happy Earth Day!!! Today we'd like to highlight some of our sustainability projects and our commitment to environmental protection.

Our Green To Go program allows students to help reduce waste at St. Kate's by using reusable containers.

We have also offer composting options all throughout campus! In the dining hall, compost is placed on the conveyor belt where staff sorts through compostable items. There are also compost bins located throughout the CDC and other places on campus!
