For over 11 years, EffectUs Athletics has been dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community. This winter, we are thrilled to expand our offerings to include sport-specific training designed to develop the speed, power, agility, and strength of our youth athletes.
We are passionate about fostering the growth of our community and are eager to support the development of our youth sports teams.
Led by Coach Dustin Harth—a Level 3 CrossFit Coach —this program is geared towards helping young athletes reach their full potential.
