🌟 What a Week at Lilypad! 🌟
It’s been a busy and FUN-filled week here at Lilypad! We’ve had a giant bounce house set up all week in preparation for our Family Night, and last night was such a success! 🎉💚
There was so much laughter and fun between bouncing, playing, and spending time together. The kids also left with some seriously impressive face paint — some with practically full sleeves! 🎨✨ A huge thank-you to our amazing face painter, Stefani, for sharing her talent with us and creating such awesome designs for the kiddos!
One of our favorite parts of Family Night was watching our Lilypad families connect, visit, and build relationships with one another. Creating a community where our children and families feel connected is so important to us, and seeing everyone enjoying the evening together made our hearts so happy. 🥰
Most of all, THANK YOU to our incredible Lilypad families! Your continued love, trust, and support mean more to us than we can say. We truly couldn’t continue building this dream without the amazing families who choose Lilypad and allow us to be part of their children’s lives. 💚🪷

🚀✨ Our Favorite Two Weeks of Summer Curriculum: SPACE! 🌙🪐

We blasted off into learning with so many out-of-this-world activities! 🚀 Our little astronauts practiced uppercase and lowercase letter matching, explored a moontastic sensory table, and even climbed aboard our pop-up spaceship dressed in astronaut suits! 👩‍🚀👨‍🚀

We visited our very own planetarium, talked about all things space, and took a daily rocket trip through the solar system to learn about each of the planets! 🌎🪐🌟

These two weeks were filled with imagination, hands-on learning, exploring, and LOTS of space adventures. We fully enjoyed this out-of-this-world theme and already can’t wait to blast off again next summer! 🚀💫

🥋 Karate Day at Lilypad! 🥋
Dojo Karate of Buffalo came to visit us today, and we had SO much fun showing off our finest karate moves! We practiced chopping, kicking, listening, and moving our bodies with control. 💥👊
But we also learned that karate is about so much more than fighting—it teaches respect, honor, self-control, and confidence. ❤️
Our little karate kids had a blast learning, moving, and trying something new today. Hi-YAH! 🥋✨

Nothing like a movie and some popcorn to shake away those rainy day blues! 💙 Today at Lilypad, we cozied up and watched Rio — full of colorful birds, catchy music, and lots of laughs!
And of course… SPECIAL SNACK ALERT! 🚨🍿 POPCORN! The perfect treat to make our movie day extra special.

🌈 PARACHUTE PLAY AT LILYPAD! 🌈
Up, down, FAST, slow… and POP! 🍿 Today we pulled out the parachute and had an absolute blast together!
We made popcorn, played Ring Around the Rosie, practiced moving fast and slow, and worked together to make our parachute fly! 🎉
Parachute play is so much more than just giggles and fun! 💚 Cooperative play helps our little learners practice teamwork, listening, communication, turn-taking, coordination, and following directions. It also teaches us that when everyone works together, we can make some pretty amazing things happen! 🥰
Lots of movement, lots of laughter, and lots of teamwork — just another fun-filled day of learning through play at Lilypad! 🐸💚

☀️💦 FUN IN THE SUN! 💦☀️
Water Day was in FULL swing at Lilypad today! We had FOUR sensory tables going, the sprinkler spraying, and lots of little hands ready to splash, scoop, pour, spray, and explore! 💧🌈
Between racing through the sprinkler, experimenting at the water tables, and finding approximately 472 different ways to get completely soaked 😂, our little learners had the BEST time cooling off and enjoying some summer sunshine!
Water play is always a Lilypad favorite — messy, refreshing, full of sensory exploration, and most importantly… SO MUCH FUN! 💚🐸
Nothing says summer at Lilypad quite like sunshine, giggles, and a whole lot of water! ☀️💦
