I recently found this great app called Mealime and used it this week. Easiest meal planning tool ever! It links to your Amazon Prime and my grocery list just magically appears at my house two hours later! 🤷‍♀️🙌
Some weeks I struggle with meal planning. It should be easier but I think too much about it. Kids are nibblers. Simplicity is the key. This app has alot of "bowls", which I love! A portion of protein, carbs, lots of veggies and healthy fats in the form of sauces or dressings. Perfect for kids to pick out what they like, try if they want, add or subtract certain things by just throwing it on the floor, watch their friends eat something and want to try too etc. etc.
