This wonderful book taught me ways to play jazz chords on the guitar and ways to think about voicings - which notes are being played high, middle, and low. I just wrote a new song using that knowledge and felt very grateful.

It's hard to overstate how important this book of thoughtful, detailed transcriptions of Paul Simon songs has been to my playing, thinking, and writing. Thank God I went into that one Charlottesville music store that time in 1996! Highly recommended.

Write your first song (or finish the one you started!) Work with professional composer/songwriter/pianist/guitar player Dave Mavis.
