Hello Everyone, July 14th at 7pm I will be hosting a dynamic breath work seesion via zoom. This form of breath work is a practice I use everyday to optimize my body, boost my immune system, expand my capacity of what I can hold, decrease inflammation, and increase my stamina and longevity to produce what I want out of each day. Breath work is a key factor to regulating your nervous system and optimizing your body for the tasks ahead of you. It is simple and you can do it anywhere. I love what I do and want to give out a free breathwork call to the first person who DM's me.

Braden is a remarkable breathwork facilitator. He's not only very knowledgeable about various breathing techniques and the mechanisms involved, but is also a powerful and loving man who is passionate about the field and serving others. I approached Braden originally because I was trying to dial in a daily morning breathwork practice, and after some discussion he was able to lead me through a practice that I now plan on taking with me to my morning routine.
