Hillyard Technical Center celebrated 38 new apprentices today with a NWMO Regional Apprenticeship Program signing ceremony. Connecting these students with industry partners from St Joseph and the surrounding communities is one way SJSD and HTC are striving to make a difference in today's world. We not only celebrate the opportunities for the students and their families, but for our industry partners, and for the communities they will contribute to in their success and futures. This is what we call a Win, Win, Win situation. These students represent the 19 feeder schools of HTC: Benton, Central, Lafayette, Bishop LeBlond, St Joseph Christian, Cameron, DeKalb, East Buchanan, King City, Maysville, Mid Buchanan, North Andrew, North Platte, Osborn, Plattsburg, Savannah, South Holt, Stewartsville, and Union Star. Congratulations to all 38 new Apprentices!!!! SJSD Proud and HTC Proud.

As many of you know, there was a recent tragic loss of a young student from one of our sending schools. Her school is honoring her tomorrow by wearing her favorite color, pink. We would like to extend the invitation for anyone at Hillyard who would also like to participate.
Tomorrow during the school day we will have PINK OUT in honor of Harper. 💕💕💕💕💕
