Parents — Kids Class Age Groups Update

As our program continues to grow, we’ve organized the kids classes into the following groups:

• 4–6 years old
• 7–11 years old
• 12–15 years old

These groups are based on learning style and development, not just age. The goal is to make sure every student gets the right level of instruction, challenge, and confidence for where they are right now.

Because of that, I may occasionally move a student into a different group if it better fits their maturity, focus, or skill level. This is normal and is always done to help them improve and enjoy training more.

I also understand some families may have scheduling conflicts between siblings or activities. If that happens, please come talk to me — we can usually find a solution that still works well for your child.

My goal is always to keep training fun, productive, and something they look forward to every week.

This last week we had 5 members compete at the IBJJF World Championships in Las Vegas and came home with 3 medals, a bronze and two silvers! There were over 12,500 competitors at the event over the 3 days.
