Our Skaith staff enjoyed Moony’s Coffee while working collaboratively to illustrate words of encouragement that bring the SJSD Portrait of a Graduate dispositions to life. ❤️

Each canvas reflects the qualities we hope to inspire in our students every day—Courage, Engaged Citizenship, Communication, Respect, and Problem Solving.

We can’t wait for our students to see this special wall, created just for them by the people who believe in them, encourage them, and cheer them on every day. 💙

We welcomed many of our Kindergarten friends for popsicles on the playground last night! Their enthusiasm was contagious. A special thank you to the Skaith Elementary School PTA for sponsoring this event.

Today let’s introduce three very important roles at Skaith Elementary. First, we have our two new administrative assistants joining us this year-Mrs. Wilkinson & Mrs. Owens! They are excited to meet all of our students & families. They both are working so hard to prepare for this upcoming school year. 😊

Secondly, we have our instructional coach, Mrs. Wiedmer. She is a familiar face among our staff & students. We are excited to have her with us for another successful school year!
