The Palaestrum Gymnastic School Palaestrum Gymnastics For over 60 years The Palaestrum has provided quality gymnastics lessons.

Started by Charlie Ponds the University of Illinois gymnastics coach and 4 straight years NCAA gymnastics champions. The Palaestrum is the first school to provide tumbling and trampoline classes in the towns outside of Champaign since 1965. these classes for ages 3 to 17 teach coordination and help build strength and flexibility for any sport or physical activity students may choose.
